Alfa Romeo Announces Annual "33 Stradale Day" Celebration

Alfa Romeo has announced the establishment of an annual celebration called "33 Stradale Day," starting on March 3, 2024. The symbolic date, 3/3, directly references the name of the brand's new fuoriserie car, the 33 Stradale.

This exclusive two-seater coupé, limited to only 33 units, embodies both Alfa Romeo's rich heritage and its vision for the future. The car comes in Blu Reale, a color originally offered on the 1967 33, and is meticulously crafted through a unique artisanal process. The interior is upholstered in black Alcantara with red accents, further emphasizing the car's sporty character.

The number 33 holds special significance for Alfa Romeo, not just as the name of the new car, but also as a symbol of recent success. The brand experienced a global growth of 33% in 2023 compared to the previous year. Additionally, the number holds historical significance, as the 1929 Alfa Romeo 6C 1750 Super Sport famously won the 1000 Miglia race in June 2021.

Introduced in August 2023, the Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale serves as a modern reincarnation of the original, drawing inspiration from the Maserati MC20. Customers can choose between a powerful twin-turbo V6 engine delivering 620 horsepower or an all-electric powertrain producing an impressive 750 horsepower.

While the inaugural "33 Stradale Day" won't involve any elaborate celebrations, future iterations are likely to include real-life parades and events, further solidifying the car's significance and creating a unique community around this special Alfa Romeo model.
