Lotus has revealed the pricing and availability of its electric hyper-SUV Eletre in North America. The Eletre marks a new era for Lotus, blending their iconic design DNA with advanced active aerodynamics and cutting-edge technology to create a performance SUV that is both thrilling to drive and practical for everyday use.
With customization options aplenty, customers can tailor their Eletre to their preferences and place orders starting today. Deliveries are expected to commence in the fourth quarter of this year, promising an eagerly anticipated arrival for enthusiasts.
The Eletre is designed to be the perfect companion for any adventure, boasting hyper-fast charging capabilities that enable a range of up to 250 miles in just 20 minutes. With a maximum range of 354 miles achievable with a 350kW-DC fast charger, drivers can embark on journeys with confidence, knowing they have the flexibility to go anywhere.
Sportscar levels of performance are delivered in the comfort of an SUV, with the Eletre showcasing impressive acceleration figures. The Eletre R variant, in particular, packs a punch with 905hp and 727lb ft of torque, catapulting from 0-100km/h in a mere 2.95 seconds and reaching a top speed of 165mph.
Advanced active aerodynamics ensure optimal performance in any driving scenario, with up to six driving modes catering to various preferences and environments. From Tour and Range modes for everyday commuting to Sport and Track modes for spirited driving, the Eletre offers versatility without compromising on dynamic handling.
