Nissan Frontier Forsberg Edition package and Pole to Pole to debut at Chicago Auto Show

Nissan is showcasing its commitment to rugged adventure at the 2024 Chicago Auto Show with two new vehicles: an off-road-ready version of the Frontier and an Ariya electric crossover. The Nissan Frontier Forsberg Edition package, inspired by the modified Frontier won by Forsberg Racing in the NORRA 500 race, features NISMO Off Road parts, 17-inch Axis Beadlock wheels, rock sliders, and a roof rack with integrated LED lighting. The package comes with a Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of $9,999 and can be installed by a Nissan dealer on a new or previously purchased Frontier (model year 2022 and above).

The 2024 Nissan Frontier offers an expansive range of grades, including the new-for-2024 SL grade with premium features like LED headlights and leather-appointed seating, the PRO-X and PRO-4X for exciting off-road adventures, and the Hardbody Edition package for 1980s-inspired nostalgia. The 2024 Frontier has a starting MSRP of $30,030.

Another notable addition to Nissan's booth is the Ariya e-4ORCE, which traveled from the North Pole to the South Pole over 10 months. Piloted by Chris and Julie Ramsey, the all-electric expedition vehicle was the first vehicle and EV to travel from the North Pole to the South Pole. Modifications to the Ariya were minimal to showcase the vehicle's ability to operate in extreme conditions, but the suspension was revised and the fenders widened to fit rugged 39-inch BF Goodrich tires for snow and ice driving.
